Introduction to Geocaching
In association with the City of Cambridge we will be hosting a 2 hour introduction to geocaching workshop. This workshop is intended for new geocachers or those interested in trying it out. Participants should bring their handheld (trail) GPS receiver to the workshop. I will have additional GPSr available to demonstration.

- What’s in your geocaching bag
- How to load geocaches into your GPS
- Tips for finding geocaches
- Tips for hiding geocaches
- How to build a geocache
- Discussion on best practices for geocaching
- Third party maps
There is a nominal fee of $2 and the workshop is open to all. Attendees are
encouraged to bring their GPS device to the session.
